My daughter was enrolled onto AVM evening madrasah for the year 2023/24. She progressed really well throughout the year and learnt a good number of new surahs and duas, aswell as Islamic knowledge. The Islamic studies lessons were her favourite as they were well planned out and really fun and engaging.

The online homework and monitoring systems the institute use are very organised and easy to follow. She was awarded various certificates and prizes throughout the year which were posted via mail.

Also her teachers were really professional; they were kind yet firm and ensured everyone was catered for. The small number of students per class allowed for that.

She particularly liked that she could focus and practice more with concentration in a quieter environment as opposed to a classroom full of students where usually there can be distractions . I also noticed that overtime she greatly developed her skills in independently learning and was able to get on with revising and practicing by herself - both within and outside of class times!

Lastly, I myself as a parent enjoyed the fact that I could sometimes be present and engaged during her lessons by observing and listening in so I felt more motivated and aware of how to then support her further outside of lesson time.
